 Convention, group, weddings, monthly, and short term rental rates available.

 Website reservations must be made 48 hours in advance of rental.

DURING THE PEAK MONTHS OF DECEMBER – APRIL, Website reservations must be made 5 days in advance of rental. 

 We regret we may not have a vehicle available for you, even if you received an automatic reply.  

RENTING INFORMATION

Vehicle make is as shown or an equivalent. All major credit cards accepted.

Prepaid gas is available at market prices. Budget maintains a 100% smoke-free fleet; smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

Renter must have valid US driver's license and major credit card, and be ages 25-79. Surcharge applies for drivers aged 22 and 24 (excludes military). A VI permit is NOT required for Non-US license holders.

Budget accepts all Major Credit Cards.

Debit cards must have Visa or MasterCard logo. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) and prepaid gas are mandatory with Debit Cards (Corporate debit cards with Visa logo are exempt). Minimum hold on Debit cards $650 to $1,000. Please contact rental location for other policies or questions.

LDW is not an insurance, and does not apply until after exhaustion of all insurance and/or other protection available to the renter of the vehicle and/or any injured passenger in the vehicle. Accepting the LDW works in conjunction with your primary insurance toward damages to the rental vehicle caused by collision, except by violations as listed on the rental contract. LDW does not cover theft, tires, glass, windshield and lost or damaged keys.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Certain government taxes are applicable to reservations at Henry E. Rohlsen International Airport. All current government taxes/fees will be added to the rental at the time of pickup regardless of the amount shown when the vehicle was reserved.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1 day will be charged to credit card unless cancelled as shown:

Cruise ship passengers: 48 hours in advance

Airport and Christiansted: 48 hours in advance on all cars; 72 hours in advance on SUVs, JEEPs, pickups and vans.

NO SHOW policy:  A reservation will be considered a NO SHOW 2 hours after booked arrival time and the above cancellation fees will apply unless customer calls or emails that arrival time has changed.
